Privacy and contact
This notice explains how Denis Cera handles your data when you join the DeneBots interest list.
Who is responsible

Data and purpose
We collect your email, language, technical readiness, availability and interest to plan the first cohort and send course details and an enrolment announcement. Comments and interview permission are optional. Fields marked as required are needed to register your interest.
Your consent
Submitting the form requests those communications and gives consent to this processing. Interviews require separate optional permission. Withdraw either permission by contacting the inbox; withdrawal does not affect earlier processing. There are no automated admission decisions.
Retention
Details from people who do not enrol are deleted six months after form submission, or sooner if they withdraw consent. If you enrol, you will receive separate information about enrolment data. Tally may retain backups for up to 90 days after permanent deletion.
Providers and transfers
Tally hosts the form and stores responses on behalf of Denis Cera. Cloudflare and Gmail handle contact email. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area and describe their safeguards, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, in the linked documents. You can request information about these safeguards from the contact inbox.
Your rights
Request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability of your data at contact@denebots.com. You can also complain to Spain’s data protection authority (AEPD) or another competent authority.
This website
The website serves static pages, without accounts, payments, analytics or local storage of your data. Hosting may process technical logs to serve and protect the site. A partnership enquiry does not join the course interest list.
